I’ve developed two models for you to achieve success;
- Be, Do, Have model because one of the things I’ve learnt over the years as an entrepreneur is that you must first BE the right person, then DO the right thing to HAVE what you want. Not the other way around. This simple model will help you highlight the person you need to become so that you absolutely achieve your vision, no matter what.
- Data Wallpaper(s) so you know what your true challenges are and how to fix them. The data wallpaper is a game-changer. The key is to measure what matters and then glean insights into what to do about something in your business if it is not working.
