Saying I need more customers can be a cry for I need more money… right?! I need you to quantify how many more customers you need. What that could mean is; how many customers you need, what revenue you want to make, the margin you want to target, or average check value. Or any other date point. The data point itself does not really matter (as long as it measures growth). What matters is measuring something so you can see if you are moving toward it or away from it.
In this module I’ve given you four models. I suggest you do at least one a week for the month starting with my ‘Five-Phase Sales Checklist’ model and then work your way through the models sequentially because each one relates to the previous, finishing with my ‘Sales Plan’ template.
