
Assess the market before you launch any product or service. It will help you succeed in the long run. To do so, become aware and dive deeply into understanding your market in terms of both who is within it and what size it is.
In this module I’ve given you five models to help you qualify and quantify the opportunity you are chasing. I suggest you do one model after the other for an entire month starting with Market Definition.
The purpose of Market Definition is to help you qualify that there actually is a market for what you are creating before you create it, and once you are assured of that, then assess the size of the market.
